Angry boost drop off
sometimes when i get on my car my boost will hold fine, redlining no problem.
other times my boost will drop off. mostly in third gear sometimes in second. my ebc is set pretty good runs 20 psi and holds it through out the gear good.
but i sometimes just loose it (bov purges and i lose my power) and have to shift early, lost to a dodge cummins because of it . any iders

boost tapering off is normal operation, but it wouldn't hurt to do a proper boost leak test with an air compressor

Recheck all you vacuum lines and "t"s, if any. Had a similar issue and found a T had broken, but would still hold boost depending on how the car moved during acceleration.
