Please show love and support our Vendors!
Hey everyone,
As you all know as evo/lancer/dsm/etc drivers- we need parts and like to mod. Where do we usually buy our parts from? Or where are they installed? Or who tunes us?
The way I see it, especially as a forum member (not owner), is that I'd want someone dedicated to the community, and our community is the perfect example. We're not this "HUGE socialist" community with bully's, corrupt staff, and a bunch of rules, we're just a bunch of like minded people who gather for the same reasons.
I'm so thrilled to have the Gold and Silver Vendors that we do and I take an oath to not purchase any mod, tune, or anything else that is not through one of our vendors. They help us out with technical questions and discounts and such, but most importantly- they are showing an interest in us as a community. The least we can do is show interest in them.
One day I hope to have my car 100% built by parts from or bought through our Vendors. Right now it's a mix-match of things.
I created this thread to share my feelings, and to let all of you know I wouldn't let "just anyone" become a vendor. I have formed a relationship with each vendor we have and feel very comfortable having ALL of them on board.
So keep doing what you're doing guys, support the people that support us! Write reviews! Show off pics! Share you're experience with our vendors.

Well said Scott
I must say that the reason I choose Mellon to tune my car or have AMS (Darius) build my exhaust was due to their support of this forum and the relationship I was able to build with them.
Most people who know me, know that I HATE having other people touch my car. My car hasnt been to the dealership since the day I bought her. So for me to let other people install or tune my car I really have to know them and feel comfortable with them.
So thank you to the vendors that support MWE!!!!!

most definitely, guys. thanks a LOT to the vendors. they don't HAVE to help us out or give us random discounts just for being members of an internet site...but the do it anyway. i know Phil w/ 201 has been a phenomenal member on here and has been a stand-up guy and i plan on buying through him (when i'm not a broke sucka).
and mellon...good stuff right there too. you'll be getting my business for some tuneage when the time comes as well. : D

thanks for the support guys, that means a lot to me...I don't have a massive advertising budget so I can't afford to put myself out there on just any and every forum. I've been very selective and what attracted me to MWE was how closely knit the community is so I'm proud to be a part of it.
Keep up the great work mods/admins/members

I'll be looking to our vendors for a short shifter and bushing here pretty soon. Just can't decide which one I want. Any suggestions?
